We have a strict no refund, no exchange policy.
Products are only liable for exchange if there is a defect or damage from our end. The customer must reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the product.
Products purchased on reduced prices will not be exchanged or refunded.
All sales are final.
If the customer decides to return a product, we will not be able to refund the amount and will only be able to issue a credit note for upto 6 months from date of purchase. The credit note is non transferrable.
Credit note period will not be extended under any circumstance.
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our Refund policy for the same.
To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied onto the product.

Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. Our products contain fabrics and leathers, which may have some natural irregularities. This is a natural features, and will not be considered as a defect.
Since the resolution and color composition of each computer varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
All returns/exchanges/refunds if any, will be at the discretions of Ricammo.com
